People who would benefit from My HorseRaces might typically:

currently spend significant time analysing racing form mathematically
put in time week after week, perhaps analysing all classes of races (metropolitan and/or country) in their region or focussed on one or a limited number of classes or categories
base their numerical analysis around either: (1) printed form, such as that from the SPORTSMAN racing paper in Australia, perhaps using some computer analysis of the form that requires them to type the form into thier computers; or (2) using their own computer program or spreadsheeting on downloaded electronic race files, such as those from Racing Information Services Australia Pty Ltd, but without the facility to flexibly and efficiently change options/parameters, store analysed races or review performance
are not expecting to make money on each race that they bet on
seek the satisfaction of earning long term profits from their efforts - by identifying the analytical approach that will put the probabilities in their favour with the races they follow
do not know at the end of, say, a year's betting how their profitability might have been improved had they taken a different approach to their analysis or betting strategy
